Arena Features
Jamestown Savings Bank Arena has become well known as a state-of-the-art ice skating and hockey facility. While that is true, skating is by no means all the JSBIA has to offer. From concerts, major shows, and conventions to fitness center, meeting rooms and birthday parties, the JSBIA has much more to offer than just skating.

Located on the main floor near the Skate Shop

All facilities are accessible to the physically challenged.
Security
Uniformed security is available on a per-event basis. Security needs will be mutually determined by facility staff and promoter. Additional charges may apply for security.
Loading Area
Located at the west end of the building. One door at street level - 12"w x 15"h.
Parking
