Smoking: By New York State law, smoking is NOT permitted in the Arena. |

Heelys, Wheelies and/or Roller Shoes: For safety and liability reasons, sneaker-type shoes with wheels, rollerblades, roller skates and skateboards are not permitted in the Arena |

Will Call Tickets: Tickets purchased by phone are designated for Will Call pick up. These tickets are available from approx. 1 hour after order is placed through event show time (during regular Box Office hours) |

Disabled Patrons: Special seating for wheelchairs and mobility restricted patrons is available through the Arena Box Office. |
 |
Lost and Found: Found articles are kept at the Front Desk for one month. |
 |
Restrooms: Restroom facilities are located on all floors of the Arena. |
 |
Cameras, video and/or tape recorders may or may not be permitted by individual events. Please ask the Front Desk for specific event information. |

Parking: Parking is available on the street around the Arena. Parking meters are not patrolled after 5 p.m. on weekdays or on weekends. Additional parking lots are available within 4 blocks of the Arena. When parking in area lots, please heed posted notices. Illegally parked cars may be towed at owners expense. |

ATM: An ATM is available inside the Arena lobby next to the Pro Shop |

Food/Drink: NO outside food or drink is permitted in the Arena. |
